Lee Richards
Lee is driven by a desire to introduce kids to technology. He has Masters and Post Graduate qualifications in both Philosophy and Teaching. Prior to working with Code Ninjas, Lee had careers in both online game development and teaching. As a teacher he was particularly successful with high performing students and those with special educational needs. The pandemic prompted Lee to launch his third career by opening Code Ninjas Epsom. He believes that the future of democratic civilization depends upon getting as many smart young people digitally literate. He believes in getting kids focused on the idea that their technological advances can play a major part in solving the existential problems currently faced by humanity. This ambition is something he believes can be accelerated by introducing kids to coding at Code Ninjas.
